Fujifilm FinePix F505 Digital Camera – I acquired this digicam like a lightning offer for under $200. I think it absolutely was the top offer I have gotten within a very long time! I required a compact p&s I could carry in my pocket or purse, instead of lugging my much larger Fuji S200EXR around. I have had Fuji cameras for years and like them quite well – high quality products at reasonable prices. What a wonderful surprise to get a compact digicam that takes such high quality pictures! I have only been using it a few days and have been very impressed so far. Other reviewers have gone over the features in depth, so I won’t repeat here. I agree that the flash might be positioned inconveniently, but since I rarely use flash, having it hit my finger as I turn the digicam on is a good reminder for me to press it down so it won’t flash, so it’s a plus for me. It will take me a while to figure out how to use all the modes – dog mode? cat mode? who knew? All in all this little digicam has turned out to be way more than I expected for the price. I know I would have been thrilled with it even at full price. I’m happy!
