Admission to the Texas Bar allows Mr. Shelley to practice law in the state of Texas. Mr. Shelley and other attorneys at Rogers Townsend and Thomas have served as national counsel for a number of clients across the country and often appear by permission of the court in a limited capacity in individual cases.

Mr. Shelley is now allowed to represent clients in the state of Texas as a full member of the Texas Bar.
